Supplier change request is stuck in Pending status despite of the buyer's acceptance

Supplier change request is stuck in Pending status despite of the buyer's acceptance. The request status in the po_change_requests shows BUYER_APP. However the PO is in approved state.

So now the new PO approvals or new changes cannot be updated for the current PO since old change request is stuck.

Anyways I can push the old change requests so that they move on.
