Unable to create document usage as template for attachment.

Hi All,

I am not able to see any value for document category usage as template. Whenever I am publishing the document to catalog, its taking as standard.

Please let me know how to create a document usage as template. I am trying to access it in lead center, but the document usage as template I am not getting any value.
