PSU patch conflict with 17260804

Anyone have resolution to a patch conflict with PSU 18522512 (11.2.0.3.11) and patch 17260804?  In running the opatch CheckConflictAgainstOHWithDetail it returns a conflict with patch 17260804 and we still haven't got a resolution yet from the MOS patches&updates, still says pending.

Current environment:   Linux x86_64   Oracle Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.10.
