in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Version = 12.1.3

Is there a way to allow lower level managers to submit their comp worksheets after higher level managers? Currently the lower level managers tasks are switching to read-only after a higher level manager has submitted their comp worksheet. I'd like to allow managers to submit worksheets at anytime. Thanks!
