Oracle WebLogic and IBM WebSphere License for JDE customers

I contacted Oracle Support (SR) and did not get satisfactory answer. We are a JDE customer and currently have IBM WebSphere 6.1 for E1 HTML Server. We are looking to upgrade either to IBM WebSphere 8.5 or Oracle WebLogic. How the licensing work for these products for JDE customers. Initially Oracle support told me that license is included and then they ask me to check with Oracle Client manager.  Is the license included with JDE license purchase and are there any limitations to that application server license.
