ARM Attributes: Limited to 25 per reconciliation?

Wondering if anyone has run into this before -- we are testing a new Format configuration, and noticing that if the number of Format Attributes + Profile Attributes exceeds 25, only the first 25 attributes are visible on the rec.

Is this expected, or a bug?

We are running on ARM version 11.1.2.3.500.
