MetaSolv Solution - Application Crash During Bandwidth Assignment

A defect in the Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution application has been identified and resolved in the MSS 6.2.1.b696 and higher patch code and hot fix code streams.  The resolution is now available for download.

Problem Details:

MetaSolv Solution crashes with an "Error Number 2" when attempting to assign a bandwidth connection to a special access circuit (see full error text below). The special access circuit has no existing Bandwidth assignments and therefore no connection spec.
