Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Misc Issue of qty 0.5 with UOM as 'EA'

How can I do MISC Issue for an item which has UOM as EA with quantity of 0.5

Currently, when I am trying to do it says QTY must be an integer.

Expectation is adjust out of inventory part# with quantity of 0.5 as it’s not valid quantity left in inventory.
