Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Credit Card Transactions without creating payments

Hello

We are planning to get to a new PCard provider.

Is it possible to or have the ability to just extract a file from pcard and load it into the payables module and not create a payment ?

If so, please advise how.
