Extra digits in HTTP ACS destination output

It looks like Agile is appending extra wacky digits to my ACS output files when using HTTP as the protocol.  For example, when the destination file name is configured as TO00002.AXML it's changing it to TO000021335268203767927840.AXML.  The extra digits are random and don’t appear to be related to a date/time stamp.  Maybe a session ID??  Anywhoo, a file output doesn't include the extra gunk.  I don't want this extra gunk.  The documentation says the two output file names should be the same and I'm not finding anything on Oracle Support.  Has anyone found a resolution to this one yet?
