How to copy table owned by non-admin into table owned by admin of E1local db

Hi, i have accidentally removed the jdesy910.F00950 by drop command in SQLdeveloper.  Before dropping the table, i have copied it into another container owned by non-admin user as shown in the attached.

May i know how i can promote this user 's privilleages in order to copy this table back to jdesy910 container ?
