XLA hot patch 5584908 failing

Hello all...

Need some help troubleshooting this issue.

Customer is installing XLA hot patch 5584908 and is getting the following:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/sund/app01/appl/sundappl/bom/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/cstmtaupgpost.sql &un_inv &batchsize 1 4
Connected.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at line 58


Had them review or check if installed the following:

1. Patch 13815017:R12.BOM.C - installed

2. Patch 17485930:R12.BOM.C - installed

3. have confirmed that they have enough tablespace

4. have confirmed that the object_type from dba_objects where object_name='AX_EVENTS' are setup correctly.
