Released Planned Orders for Buy items stuck in PO Interface Tables

Hello Experts,

I have an issue where a user has reported that the planned orders that have been released from ASCP are stuck in the interface.

How could I track the items that have been released to the ones in the "PO_REQUISITIONS_INTERFACE_ALL" table. I know that the interface_source_code = 'MSC'.

I am basically looking for a query that could help me point out the items that were released.

Also, Can these items land up in PO_INTERFACE_ERROR. If yes, in what conditions. Request your urgent response on this query
