'Country of Origin' shows different format between PO FORM & BWC webpage

Dear Experts,

Version: 12.2.3

Problem Description/Question:

1. Purchase Order Shipment level column 'Country of Origin' is LOV format

2. BWC > Schedule > setup personalization for displaying column 'Country of Origin' > but find BWC Schedule level same column 'Country of Origin' is TEXT format.

3. System DOES ALLOW end user to enter value in column 'Country of Origin' which is beyond value in column LOV.

e.g. LOV does not have value 'Country of Origin' = AB, but enter AB from Purchase Order Application FORM & BWC webpage, value 'Country of Origin' = AB could be saved successfully.

QUESTIONs:

a - why column 'Country of Origin' exists with different column format between Purchase Order FORM & BWC webpage?
