Purge SIM user

Hi Dears,

I have an issue where users got deleted from SIM by some particular nightly batch. Could you please let me know what are possible ways sim users get deleted from system, below are few details on my query

1.  The users created recently with no end date of user and one role assigned to it.

2. The user not deleted manually.

3.  The user is internal sim user i.e. its external_id is 0

Again, addition to above, i have another question is, if user is inactive, is that user deleted by some batch in SIM, is yes then which batch delete it and what is specific condition for it?
