COGS error coming while receiving the RETUN Line

Hi Jon / Jos,

As my issue for automate closer of RO was resolved however I found that the RETURN Line was still following the WF process which was seeded not the one which is mentioned in https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=728991.1.

Now with the help of technical team I am running the cycle again with modified WF process for the RETURN line and while receiving the RETURN line I am getting the COGS error (I have attached the same). But this error is not coming when I used the seeded WF process for run the cycle. I need to know is it very imp. to use the modified WF process for the RETURN line as our motive was resolved once SHIPMENT is done i.e.RO get closed automatically.
