DVD gone from OS and OBP on a T5220.

Hi

On a T5220, I can no longer see the DVD drive.

(I believe) it's a USB SATA drive.

I have recently updated the firmware to the latest version (7.4.7 - patch 147307-10) and then used the DVD to install Solaris 11.2.

I have since played with Oracle VM Server adding and removing LDOMs.

I just noticed that the DVD is no longer visible within the OS (iostat -En, cdrw).

At the OBP prompt, I believe it's this one in show-devs

/pci@0/pci@0/pci@1/pci@0/pci@1/pci@0/usb@0,2/hub@4

but probe-scsi-all only sees the two hard disks, not the DVD
