EPM 11.1.1.3 not deleting files in RM1

Hi,

There is an issue that was well know pre BI+ 8.5 where an output deleted from the repository via workspace remains in the RM1 folder. However, I am using BI+ 11.1.1.3 and I'm still facing the same problem.

I tried to use the FileSystemStoreCleanup tool that Oracle sent me but I can't get it to work. -Problem with some unsupported class version-

Would anyone have any idea why this problem could be happening on 11.1.1.3?
