ARM FDMEE connection broken

Has anyone see thing message in ARM?  "ERPI is unable to connect to Oracle Data Integrator. Verify Oracle Data Integrator is properly configured and its agent is running"  The thing is the ODI Agent is running and I can pull data into the FDMEE workbench with no errors.  It's only happening from ARM.
