A9.2.1 Export & BIP spooling AS/400 error message reports

We are having a very odd issue with A9.2.1 Export & BI Publisher desktop. The system is on IBM V5R4 with Java 1.6.  All templates were created in Microsoft Word 2010.

If we execute a DW Version that exports .xml and merges with .rtf BIP template, sometimes an AS/400 report is spooled right after the one from the RPG program.  This additional spool file will contain two or more lines.  Following is an example of what it may say:

SEVERE: [Line 114593.207] Missing body begin XSL context for: <?end for-each?>

The resulting .pdf document may be missing header information or totals the bottom, but the .xml is correct. There is no mention of this in the EDD.log which had been put in the DEBUG mode.  All JDE EDD files are updated appropriately, making it appear the execution was completely successful.  We have confirmed that the templates have been created properly.
