in CRM HTML Administration I'm getting "java.lang.RuntimeException: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException

In one cloned environment when I undertake the following:-

Log in as SYSADMIN > CRM HTML Administration > Setup > Users > Registration > User Maintenance > Enter any user name > Click Go > Click on username > Click on roles

I then get the error "java.lang.RuntimeException:java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: Closed Connection.

This is consistent, there's no time delays.

I've tried on other environments and it's fine

I've cleared the cache from within Functional Administrator and that doesn't make a difference.

Any thoughts?
