Internal Request To Order

We have three organizations.

 

  1. Production
  2. Central Store
  3. Sales Center

  

Sales Representative (A) raised Internal Requisition to Central Store (B), now from central store (B) . we want to forward that Internal requisition to production (A) org so we can create Job/Batch based on that Internal Requisition.

 

Is there way to achieve that?
