Can we disallow an incremental backflush if not enough of an ingredient is reserved to a batch?

When incrementally backflushing a product when reservations for an ingredient are inadequate produces material exceptions. A user is able to ignore these exceptions and still perform the backflush of the product. Is it possible, reject or disallow the backflush until more of the ingredient is reserved (enough to satisfy the backflush)?

I have not been able to find a suitable trigger to create a forms personalization, nor found this functionality elsewhere.

Currently our organization is set to NOT allow negative quantities, though we do have the profile option: INV:Override Neg for Backflush set to YES at the site level.
