SIM - Item Lookup is not working

Hi,

Item lookup on SIM does not seem to work. Clicking on 'item lookup' in lookups does absolutely nothing. I'm using 13.2.6.

It'd be great if someone could help me know the database tables that are linked with the 'item lookup'. Or any input on how this can be fixed.

The logs are clean. I'm assuming its not something wrong with the application. I'm not very sure though.
