ECE Charging server stuck in one mode.

Hi,

When I am starting charging server it is continuously throwing below error in ecs log  :

2014-09-12 18:01:49.711 IST ERROR -  -  -  - ProcessorFrameworkMessageBundle-17006: No Customer with id 220715 found in the ECE data store. Most likely cause is a cluster depletion resulting in data loss.

And when I am trying to do usage from OCOMC, ECE is not giving back the response which I think is because of above error. I am getting below error in OCOMC

2014-09-12 16:44:12;ERROR;Internal Error; Unexpected processing error.; No response received from ECE for some requests. Writing these reccords into DELAYED_RESPONSE_REC file in scratch directory...#EOR#
