Inventory Categories not showing on IProcurement

Good Day

Kindly advise how I can make the categories that I have end date to show on IProcurement for the Inventory items. I have done the following

Navigate to Inventory super user>Setup>Items>Category Codes> Enter structure name: Item Categories> Enter category code>End date the category.

I have remove the end date and still the items is not showing on IProcurement. I have tried to map the category code again, but still it is not showing. Advise on what steps I must take for the items to show in Iprocurement again for the stores items..
