Patch 17774755: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 1 [RPC1] is a collection of Oracle Recommended Patches.
It's listed in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 Information Center (note 806593.1)

I want to know if I applied patch 17774755, can I not to apply individual patches required by  note 556540.1?
