OA framework page rendering issue - causing page to flow horizontal. Vertical toolbar is missing

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are calling the standard "update contact page" below. For some reason, vertical scroll bar is missing causing the bottom section Contact email, URL and roles section to flow horizontally making it shabby for business users. Is there a way to fix this?
