Patch 16674834error. The following oracle forms objects did not generate successfully

I was applying patch 16674834 on TEST instance and it came up with the error:

ar      forms/US        ARXRWBOE.fmx

An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] :

I entered Yes and it ran to the end.

I tried to generate one of  the forms above with the following command and didnt see any error. just wanted to check if i was doing the right thing before i do the same with the other forms
