AP Invoice workflow for distribution accounts
Currently, when the payable clerk receives the paper invoice for non-po invoices, he sends the paper invoice to a user who authorizes the payment and also provides the distribution accounts. If we want to automate this manual process, I think AP invoice approval workflow can be used. But I have below questions.
1. If the clerk enters only the invoice header and line without distributions, when the workflow is initiated does it prompt the user who receives the workflow notification to update the distribution accounts?
2. On the AP workflow, how to specify to which user the workflow notification to be sent for distribution accounts and approval?
