how terminate JDE user?

Hi,

                                                                                                           

we notice JDE user is wrong, locking tables, so on...and uses this proxy user:PS, then we receive this information only:

we have this information only, so how to locate the jde userID or the kernel that attend/hold this jde userID? and then kill/terminate this jde user..
