Sourcing - Mapping Multi-row UDA

Hi,

We are building a RFI template to gather information from our suppliers about specific types of tools they use in machining special plates that they sell us. The information about these tools is to be mapped into a multi-row UDA defined against the suppliers profile. We audit our suppliers to gather this information. My question is, how can we map information about more than one tool into our multi-row UDA using the requirements in the RFI? We are able to gather information about one tool using the requirements/responses and mapping, however not sure how can we achieve for multiple such
