How to Update Extended Attributes for multi-record Extensions using HZ_EXTENSIBILITY_PUB.Process_ORG

How do we need to update Organization Profile Extension using hz_extensibility_pub.Process_ORGANIZATION_Record based on the extension ID  or how do we update UDA's in HZ_ORG_PROFILES_EXT_B?
