Late supply to sales order in unconstrained plan

Hi All,

After the plan run I see many sales orders pegged to late supplies. I dig out all the related configurations like, sourcing rule, supply chain lead time, time fences etc. I am attaching the same. I am analyzing the same, in the meantime can anyone help me on this if possible?
