RPM_NEW_ITEM_LOC_BATCH Failed with Error ORA-30926 unable to get a stable set of rows in the source

Dear All,

We have rpm 13.2.6 and when I run RPM_NEW_ITEM_LOC_BATCH and it is failed with Error ORA-30926 unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables returned by program unit RPM_NEW_ITEM_LOC_SQL.STAGE_ITEM_LOCS_TO_PROCESS.

We have around 166885 records in RPM_STAGE_ITEM_LOC for new locations.

select count(*) from rmsowner.RPM_STAGE_ITEM_LOC where status = 'N'; -- 166885
