BI Pub print immediate

Doc ID 1351502.1 says that BI pub can Print Immediate using the RD Bursting and Delivery Screen Printer option is similar to non-BIP batch version.  It also says that the printer delivery will follow the default printer in the P98616 application for that UBE/Version.  We have done this and when we use this option a Delivery Record is successfully created; however, the output to the printer give a blank page with the error message "This PDF file has an error and cannot be printed."

when the PDF is viewed from submitted jobs it displays correctly and then can be printed to the same printer (as displayed by the print immediate Delivery record )
