Is it efficient to create wok orders for fuel issuances?

Hi,

We are taking into consideration the generation of work orders for fuel issuances per bus number. Almost 900 buses are being issued by fuel daily.

Is it efficient to create wok orders for fuel issuances? or can you propose other methods to do this? or Oracle has another product specifically for this?
