Order Management Prepayment PLSQL Error APPLY_OTHER_ACCOUNT

Dear All

I am trying to enter a prepayment against an Order. When trying to save prepayment it shows me this error "APPLY_OTHER_ACCOUNT" ORA-06508 PLSQL: Could not find program unit being called. What is the reason behind this error and how to resolve this issue??
