Good Day All,

I have an problem transferring the cost incurred on eAM work orders to projects (i am on a 12.2.3 instance)

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Created a work order and issued material against work order (Cost show on work order).

2. Ran the cost manager but the cost is not getting transferred to "PA_TRANSACTION_INTERFACE_ALL" table

Checked the data in the table "cst_pm_pending_txn_v" and the transactions appear in the table with the user action column "The Cost Collector has not processed this transaction. It will be processed when the Cost Collector program is run for the organization'.
