Seeing this in my AWR reports along with TX locking.  Running Oracle 11.2.0.3.0 and applied this one off patch about 1 year and now  the problem has appeared once again.

I know that it's part on text index but who is running this and can we control the number of time it runs.  Better yet resolve the problem.
