RPM_PRICEEVENTEXECUTIONRMS batch not updating ITEM_LOC records

Hi All,

     We have created Fixed price change for the parent-item/ZONE level , PEE batch is able to insert records into RPM_EVENT_ITEMLOC table.

     But when we ran the PEE-RMS batch we found that only few transaction items were updated in RMS and other records were not updated.

     Can someone of you please explain why the scenario happens?

     Records were populated in RPM_ITEMLOC_THREAD table successfully while batch runs.

     please help me understand this conflict so that we can plan for the next step for fixing the issue ASAP.
