Pipeline EDR's rejecting but not creacting record in data/reject

Hi There,

I've been having an issue trying to get OOB pipeline EDR requests to reject, I am attempting to test the new Suspense Manager functionality of OCOMC but I cannot get suspended records to take place.

The stream error log for the event comes up with this:

15.09.2014 10:28:44 The actual log level is NORMAL. All messages with this or higher severity will be logged.

15.09.2014 10:28:44 Beginning to process stream 'test_038.edr'.

15.09.2014 10:28:44 The EDR with number '00000001' (starting at byteposition: 86) contains the errors :

15.09.2014 10:28:44 Customer login not found: identifier=(00491777411) prefix=(TEL) serviceCode=().

15.09.2014 10:28:44 The EDR is rejected.

15.09.2014 10:28:44 End of the processing of stream 'test_038.edr'.
