Leave Management

I have one query.

Here is the situation:

Time in captured in Kronos. Payroll is run in different external system. They want to maintain and have the Leave Administration in JDE.

Since Leave Management functionality is built to work with the Payroll, which means that we need to run the payroll in JDE to have the accruals to accrue hours and balances getting updated correctly.

If the time is captured in Kronos and Payroll is run in different system but we need to have the Leave Administration maintained in JDE. How it can be done?

Can we run a dummy payroll in JDE to update leave balances in F06146/F06147 and then Interface with the external Payroll system? Will that have any impact anywhere? or is there any other way to do it?
