Apps Account locked

Hi All

I was applying patch 16492032 to Production. At the end of the patch when invalld objects were being compiled adpatch end in error. Afterwards I found the apps account had been locked. Presumably I entered the apps password correctly or else adpatch wouldn't have even applied the patch. What causes this problem? We recently upgraded to 12.1.3 but have applied other patches to Prod without running into this problem.


On 15th sep ,i do see that connection to apps schema is made
