Approved Leave Record Deletion / Cancellation

Hello Members,

I would like to know what is correct way of deleting approved leave records or such process exist in JDE. We have one scenario where one of the user was trying to Delete Leave Request which was in Approved Status. User will get error for “CANNOT MODIFY LEAVE REQUEST” as Leave is already approved.

What is the best way to ignore such leave as user no longer want to take that approved leave? Shall we communicate Managers to Change the Leave Status to D- Denied from A- Approved in P076311- Application in such case? How this leave request can be rejected / cancelled ?
