Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Not able to copy <patch_location>/etc/* to inventory.

Hello All,

I am applying 18522513 (July 2014) patch. while precheck we identified conflict with 8895202 (oneoff patch). so i rollback the oneoff , apply july patch and then apply oneoff everything went fine but while applying oneoff it got failed and came out.

after some investigation i found that actions.xml files is missing one of the node

Oracle : 11.1.0.7

Platform : Linux

Cluster : RAC (3 node primary/ 3 noder standby)

Issues : standby node 1 (other 2node are pending with applying patch, all primary are completed sucessfuly)..
