ATP Check for Sales Orders

Hi All,

It may be a bit weird question but I need to ask this to make sure that the scenarios is not supported.

We import sales orders from the portal and load to Order management. We have a custom ATP tool that will populate the SSD.

All is good till this time.

Now a customer calls customer service and requests a sales orders. At this point of time the representative should run ATP and check the material availability.

But at this time we want to use ASCP plan and check for the supplies. At this point of time the OM system should NOT go by the custom ATP result.
