Hello, We have EBS R12.2.3. We also have custom code that we deploy with our system. In previous v

We need to be able to have a developer account for the custom code that can compile in our development environments without opening the security in a manner that Oracle doesn't recommend.  How are people setting up developer accounts that will have access to do the java.c compile of java servlets in R12.2.3
