Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Pad Blank Lines to print Signatures Lines in last page of lower portion

I need to print the signatures and dates lines in the lower portion of the last page for each BIP PO Print form.

Order 1000036 is ok but not 1000040

I am not sure this is the correct logics:
