Planning Import Data from File Function

Noticed that in Planning you can load data but it's by dimension.

Does anyone use this function much?  I've searched on the documentation and could not find any details on this functionality.

Curious how one would load data for a given intersection in Planning?

Can someone furnish an example of a template with headers that can be used to load in Planning vs Native Essbase options?
